Kadence Legacy Fund

Kadence Legacy Fund is a veteran led nonprofit founded by Tina Gillies and Derek Pimiskern in memory of their daughter, Kadence. During her cancer journey, a service dog brought comfort and support to their family. Today, through our One Dog. One Life. program, we raise funds to help Veterans and First Responders living with PTSD access trained service dogs.

We are honoured to be nominated for the Morinville & District Chamber of Commerce Community Spirit Award. Together with our volunteers and community partners, we carry Kadence’s legacy forward, one dog and one life at a time.
