Full-time Service Advisor

We are looking for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our team.
 
Job Description:
Candidate must be positive and confident while dealing with customers, strong customer service skills, maintain high standard of customer satisfaction, knowledge and understanding of the automotive field. Able to accurately take customer information and complaints and record them onto a work order. Able explain to customer the cause of the vehicle issues and what parts are required to fix the problem. Confidant when speaking to customers both on the phone and in person.
 
Job requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Must have mechanical knowledge to be able to give Service advise.
• Good organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask & think outside the box to problem solve
• Able to troubleshoot over the phone and communicate mechanical issues with the customer & service team
• Good communication/telephone skills
• Have experience with the Costar Computer an asset - but training will be given.
• Good customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft an asset but not essential
• Flexibility on working occasional Saturdays
• Experience with Parts ordering & data entry an asset but training will be given.
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License.
